The Cottage

The cottage is an 18th century original oak beamed cottage which has been in the same family since it was built. Recently fully renovated to a high standard. The cottage is a 15 minute walk to Coventry Building Society Arena or a 5 minute drive. Free parking for two cars available on site. Kenilworth and Warwick Castle are within 20 minutes drive from the property. Stratford upon Avon is about 30 minutes away. The Cotswolds are also around 1 hour away. The space The Cottage is a 3 bedroomed semi detached house which sleeps up to 5 people. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed sleeping 2 people, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has one single bed. There is one bathroom (no en-suites or separate toilets) which has a bath with a shower over it along with a separate sink and toilet. This is the only bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, air fryer, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. All utensils pots and pans are provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The cottage has fast WIFI, smart TV in lounge and dining room. Parking is on site in front of the house. Guest access Parking is in front of the cottage for up to two cars. The cottage is located in the north of Coventry a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the Coventry Building Society Arena. The closest bus stop is 400m from the house which take you into Coventry City Centre. The cottage is just over one mile off the M6 junction 3 motorway.
