Welcome to our paradise in the heart of Österlen. This accommodation is suitable for those who want to enjoy all that Österlen has to offer. The house is secluded on a hill with stunning views of the ocean. Around the corner you will find a magical cultural landscape with stone cairns, beautiful forests, ravines and apple orchards. It is just over 1.5 km to the sea and to Kivik where you can eat good food, buy ice cream, go to the movies, enjoy beautiful houses and take the bus to both Simrishamn and Kristianstad. Warmly welcome 🌺 The space Our house is built as an L, where we live in one of the lengths and you, our guests in the other. You will have access to our wonderful plot of just over 5000m2 where there is even a small forest with a pond. You will have access to a large part of our nice wooden deck where you can sit and sunbathe and grill . The rental house consists of a large living room/kitchen with open floor plan on the entrance floor and on the upper floor there is a large bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms and a common room (here there is the possibility for an additional 1-2 people to sleep) Note. There is no toilet upstairs, only on the ground floor It is about 1.5 km to Kivik where you will find a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, bus stop etc. Just north of Kivik you will find a fantastic beach and directly adjacent to our house there are many places to hike, run and bike Our house is secluded but at the same time close to everything that makes Österlen magical nature, culture, restaurants, tranquility, the sea and lots more . (longer charging time) We charge a fee for electricity consumed, payable via Swish If you need additional beds, this can be arranged for a fee of SEK 200/night/bed (limited number) extra beds We ask our guests to sort waste at the source and to think about nature's resources.
