We would love to host you! Welcome to your home away from home! We’re so excited for your trip to begin. Thank you for booking our house for your stay in Weeki Wachee. Spend the day soaking up the sun by the pool, relaxing in the jetted bathtub, playing with the family/friends in the spacious living room, or exploring our local attractions. There is a $50 per day charge to heat the pool. The space Your Vacation Home includes: -High-Speed Wi-Fi -Free parking -Self Check-In (Smart Lock) with extra key 🔑 inside lock box. -AC/Heating. -Washer and Dryer. -Ironing board and steamer -Baby-friendly and includes a mini crib with a 3" mattress and sheets (upon request, max weight 30 lbs, 35" tall). We also have baby dishware, utensils, books, booster chair and more! 4 Bedrooms - Master Bedroom: Queen-Size Bed, Workspace (Desk, Chair), Ensuite Bathroom with Jetted bathtub and walk-in closet - Bedroom 2: Queen-Size Bed, comfy chair, closet - Bedroom 3: One bunk Bed, one queen bed and sleeper sofa - Bedroom 4: Queen-Size Bed, recliner , closet All bedrooms share: - Premium Linens, Sheets, and Pillows - Roku Smart TVs - Closets with Hangers, Shelves and luggage rack/furniture 3 Full Bathrooms (2 inside the house and 1 outside in the pool area) Stocked with clean towels and essential toiletries to ensure a carefree stay. - Bathtub/Shower - Vanity - Mirror - Toilet - Towels - Hair Dryer - Essential Toiletries This open-floor plan living area is very elegant and functional with a comfortable L-Shaped Sofa with Pillows. The kitchen blends with the dining area, where you'll cook and enjoy delicious meals while your other guests enjoy foosball or board games. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Pyrex, dishes, cooking utensils, and everything else you should need for a short stay! The kitchen has a full-size fridge (with an ice maker), a dishwasher, and a 6 bottle wine cooler too! It has an over the range microwave, electric cooktop, toaster, blender, crockpot, full-size coffee maker, and countertop Keurig. Step out into the fully fenced backyard to bask in the sun by the POOL Guest access You will have access to the entire home except garage and owners closet. Other things to note We want you to have an amazing stay, but we ask you follow our house rules and respect our property and the neighborhood. Per Hernando County code enforcement, commercial vehicles cannot be parked outside the property or other properties. POOL: Pool heater is deactivated during the warmer months (April to October) In the colder months from November to March, the pool uses an electrical heat pump set to 82 degrees (when temperatures are above 60*F) (the pool will only heat up to the 70's*F when temperatures are below 50's*F) and is on a 6 to 8 hours timer. The pool pump and heater will automatically shut off at night and will resume operating the next morning. There is a $50 per day charge to heat the pool. Please request the pool to be heated for you at least three days prior to the check in date to ensure that the pool will be at the right temperature. ***The heater will NOT run during freezing temperatures or any severe cold weather! Most pool heaters are not designed to operate in such cold conditions to protect the heater and to maximize efficiency. Pool towels are inside the hallway bathroom closet. 🌟PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME. 🌟GUESTS please make sure the guest count in your booking is accurate. Due to occupancy limits and fire code: -ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. -air mattress/additional guests are not permitted - "visitors" of any type for any duration are not allowed. 🌟 Must be age 25+ to rent. 🌟 The sofa bed is best suited for children ages 12 and under and has a max weight limit of 250 lbs total. Bunk beds weigh limits are: -upper bunks 200 lbs total -lower bunks 300 lbs total 🌟NO PETS ALLOWED: We love the furry babies, but sadly our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If a pet was found to have been in the property a $1000.00 non-refundable charge will assessed for cleaning. 🌟NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of $250 for odor removal and furniture cleaning. 🌟NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. 🌟Please be careful not to damage the furnishing or ornaments. 🌟 No illegal substances or activities allowed. 🌟Please keep the noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am 🌟 We have a 6 car driveway please feel free to park here during your stay. Please refrain from parking or driving in the grass areas to prevent any potential damage. Parking in driveway only. ~Utilities: No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, internet. Please report outages immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. ~Hold Harmless: The owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage , loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, plumbing, or internet. 🌟 Please refrain from tampering with the pool equipment. 🌟TOWELS AND LINENS Please use the towel rods and hooks in the bathrooms for your wet washcloths and damp towels. Avoid placing wet things on furniture. Make-up remover wipes are provided. Please use them to prevent stains on the washcloths, towels, linens, and pillows. Fine linen and towels should not be brought outside. Pool towels are available for outside use. Paper towels and rags are provided for cleaning of dirty items. At the end of your stay, please place used washcloths and towels in the bathtub. Leave the bed linens on the beds. Please note that any damage done to the house or furnishings will result in a fine. Strictly enforced violations are subject to fines, cancellation, and evictions without a refund. Pool company comes and cleans pool Mondays around 8:00-9:00am to ensure the pool is ready for you to use. Grass will be cut on Wednesdays. Trash pick up is Mondays and Thursdays, early morning. (Please move the garbage can to the curb Sunday night, Wednesday night, and/or on your check out day) thanks!😊 Our barbecue is a “park style charcoal bbq”. Just add aluminum foil to the rack, cook and remove!
