Guest access -All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental *does not include use of the owner's boat or boat lift.* -DO NOT use the boardwalk/floating dock on the left-hand side - this is a community access dock and is not for use of Eagle View guests. Other things to note -The string lights on the porch come on automatically when it becomes dark (they are solar-powered). You will see the solar panels facing the lake - if you want to turn them off, there are buttons on the back of the panels. - Guests may have up to 4 cars at this property. - Internet is available, and is a consistent connection, but speeds can vary and Streaming is very limited, but regular internet usage is usually not an issue. -You may swim, float or tie up to dock. Propane (for grill): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4.We DO NOT provide propane refills. Please note: Due to the narrow, curving road and limited turnaround space, trailers or boat trailers are not recommended at this property. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
