Villa La Fontaine

From this villa located in a small but charming village, you simply have the opportunity to escape into the beautiful nature for long walks. In the nearby village of St-Chinian, there is a large local market twice a week (all year round) as well as a night market (high season). There are many wineries to visit, bike rides or mountain biking are also among the possibilities and, of course, there are many tourist attractions to visit. There's a guest toilet in the lobby. You will find three bedrooms on the left side of the house. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and French window to the terrace, another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the third bedroom also has two single beds (80 x 200). These rooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet. The fourth bedroom is on the right side of the house, next to the garage and has a private exit to the covered terrace, a double bed (140 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All the bedrooms have AC. In the garage there is a washing machine, dryer, extra fridge and freezer. Exterior: From the living room you can access the spacious covered terrace with the large dining table. The large and majestic staircase leads you to the lower terrace with the large private heated pool (5 × 12) and its Roman staircase. There is also a nice shady corner to relax out of the sun. The comfortable and nicely decorated garden gives a lot of atmosphere to the whole. There is a barbecue at your disposal to fully enjoy French gastronomy. There is a boulodrome on site for a game with family or friends. Parking is on the grounds at the front of the house.
