Casa Peón de Pardaces for 4 people
Peon de Pardaces is a farm house from the seventeenth century restored preserving the soul of the Galician popular architecture. The house has stone walls and structures with large chestnut beams. The house has been completely renovated for its opening to the public as guest rural house in September 2014. Among the houses in the area of Santiago de Compostela is one that offers greater capacity occupation. It has two separate units that can be rented separately or together, the main house with a total capacity for 10 people and a loft for 4 people. The main house has 4 bedrooms with full baths in two floors. On the ground floor there is a double room with two twin beds enabled for people with movement difficulties. The upper floor has three bedrooms: the main bedroom has two twin beds and a sofa bed, The other two rooms have a bed with 1'50cm. The main room and the room in the ground floor have own fireplace and all the rooms have climate control. The house has large common areas among which are the living room and the area of the traditional Galician fireplace, the hearth and soul of the Galicia old farmhouses. In addition, the house has a garden with barbecue. Curiously, one of the main features of the house is that it has an inner hole flowing water all year since the house was built on a natural aquifer and stone oven. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils).
