Charming Flat in a Historic Nõmme Villa.

The apartment with private entrance, terrace and barbecue corner is located in the newly renovated historic Nõmme summer building. The area is peaceful. Nearby is Nõmme Center, health sports trails, tons of eateries, Talltech. The train is in the city center in 15 minutes. We live in the same house, with a 3 and 5-year-old child, so you can hear us through the wall at times. If children come to visit, it's a pleasure for our children to get to know them, etc., to play together in the mud kitchen. :) The space We use most of the house. The apartment rented out is from the front of the house with a separate entrance and covers approx 1/4 of the first floor. Guest access The apartment's sole use includes the terrace in front of the house and a small barbecue corner under the living room window (between the jasmine and the cherry tree). Children are welcome to play with our children and may use a swing and trampoline in addition.
