The space Layout First floor Through the entrance you enter the bright, spacious living/dining room with French doors to the terrace and garden. The living room is attractively decorated with a decorative fireplace and equipped with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. On the ground floor, you will also find a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two comfortable box spring beds. At the rear, there is an indoor storage room with a washing machine. 1st floor Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms with box spring beds, a spacious landing with closet wall and a covered balcony, a lovely place to relax quietly.
