Each with it own Garden. You will be staying in House A, and exclusive access to Garden A. Free high speed internet! With Smart TV. Come relax and enjoy in the clean, newly renovated house and garden. Note: Parking free; 1 house 1 car park spot. More free parking in the street. The space A 680 m sq property. With two Guest houses: With couple of gardens and a veggie patch. Very green, inviting and positive space to relax and de-stress. You will be living in House A and have exclusive access to Garden A. Parking is free and drive way shared. Guest access Your house and Garden A. Please refer to your instruction manual. Other things to note Smoking! Absolutely, no smoking, Vaping and E-Cigrette inside the house ($500 and more fines apply). RUBBISH Recycle & rubbish bins are located next to property entrance. Please dispose of all of your rubbish before you leave. CLEANING Any extra cleaning that is required to bring the house up to a satisfactory standard will be recovered from your security bond or requested via Booking Platform at $60 per hour. Please ensure that you leave the house neat and tidy, as you found it upon entry, with all dishes washed & put away. No Pets allowed. Registered Service Dog welcome. SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT This is our primary security against financial loss incurred from breaking a rental agreement, damage to the property, its fixtures, fittings or appliances, damage to grounds caused by misuse of motor vehicles, damage to motor vehicles, damage to surrounding vegetation & infrastructure, excess cleaning required to return the property to a satisfactory standards. Upon inspection of the property after your stay (no later than 2 days from your departure) your security deposit will be authorized for refund.
