The living room, kitchen, and laundry area are downstairs; bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. 🛏 Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, each equipped with 4 pillows, bedsheets, and air conditioning. 🚿 Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms with warm water, plus 1 guest toilet. 🛋 Living Room: Sofa, ceiling fan, air conditioner, TV, and vinyl record player. 🍽 Kitchen & Dining: Dining table, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and filtered drinking water. 🧴 Bathroom Amenities: Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, toothbrushes, and slippers. 🧺 Laundry Area: Washing machine, detergent, and clothes dryer. 🌿 Outdoor Space: Spacious garden with greenery and a decorative pond. Parking space for 1 car and motorbikes (please notify in advance if you have 2 cars). 🔐 Safety: 24/7 access using a keypad entry system and 1 safe box in the master bedroom. 🧹 Cleaning: Cleaning products provided.
