Nestled on the edge of Aberlady Bay - home to a nature reserve and some of the best waterfront views this coastline has to offer. The nearby coastal conservation villages of Aberlady and Gullane are easily accessible and sit at the heart of Scotland’s renowned Golf Coast, home to some of the world’s finest links courses. The space This family holiday home has been carefully appointed, combining warm, traditional interiors and comforts that promise a memorable stay. Living Space The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen offer a charming and spacious setting, perfect for socialising and entertaining. With its authentic wooden beams, open fire, cosy log-burning stove, and an array of original features, this inviting space exudes warmth and character - an ideal retreat to sit back and relax. Kitchen The bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for effortless self-catering. Modern integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and the all-important coffee machine —so you can cook, dine, and unwind with ease! Bedrooms The property features 3 generously sized double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. All rooms offer ample storage space with spacious wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower facility. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Shower Room A modern, fully tiled shower room features a spacious walk-in shower for a luxurious experience. Summerhouse Inviting you to slow down and savour life’s simple pleasures, the summerhouse is the perfect spot for unwinding in nature. Garage There is an open-ended garage, suitable for 1 car, with additional, plentiful parking within the grounds of the cottage. General Complimentary fibre broadband is offered. This property is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is a £30 charge for each pet. Book Now To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.
