The space Layout & Amenities Our Tiny House can accommodate 4 people and has 6 sleeping places to choose from. Everything you need for a carefree time is present. Living room: * Cozy decor with comfortable sofa * Free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with streaming services (note: no regular TV channels) * Large patio doors that connect indoors and outdoors * Underfloor heating for extra comfort on colder days Kitchen: * Modern, open kitchen with 4-burner stove * Refrigerator, French press and espresso (dolce gusto) machine, combi microwave and kettle * Complete dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils * Adjoining dining table, perfect for cozy meals Bedrooms: * Downstairs: one room with double bed (140x200) and one room with bunk bed (70x200) * On the loft: a cozy sleeping area with a double bed (160x200). Bathroom: * Modern decor with shower, sink and toilet Outdoors & Relaxation A spacious private garden of 112m² offers: * Lounge set for 4 people and a dining table for 6 * Hanging chair and hammock for ultimate relaxation * Covered veranda of 14m², so you can always enjoy the outdoors * Privacy thanks to the laurel hedges * Fence of 100 cm high, so children can play safely in the garden. Discover the area: Thuisje van Hout is located on a quiet recreational park where you can use the swimming pool, playground, restaurant (also with take away and take away sandwiches) and camping shop during the summer months. Please note: Restaurant and swimming pool are closed between October and April. From our wooden cottage, you can reach the following in no time: * Nature reserves: start a bike or walking tour directly from Thuisje van Hout * Zwolle, Meppel, Hoogeveen (within 10 to 35 minutes drive): shopping, culture and culinary enjoyment * Sauna Thermen Zuidwolde (5 km): total relaxation in a luxurious wellness * Recreational lake Nijstrand (4.5 km): swimming, sunbathing and water sports * Dinoland, Slagharen Amusement Park & Wildlands Adventure Zoo (half an hour's drive): fun outings for the whole family * Various dining options (nearby): from a quick bite to star restaurants Guest access You have the whole cottage and the spacious garden with veranda for you alone. You can also use the park's facilities, including the washing machine and dryer (on coins), swimming pool, toddler pool, playground, table tennis, billiard table, restaurant and camping shop. Please note: restaurant, swimming pool and camping shop are closed from October to April. Other things to note * 14 days before arrival you will receive an email with the latest information including bank details for the deposit (€75.00) any towel set (€9.50 pp) and bedding set (€9.50 pp). * The deposit must be transferred to the host no later than 24 hours before arrival. This will be refunded within 3 days of returning home, provided there are no defects. * Towels and bedding are not provided as standard. Bed linen can be booked at an additional cost. Tea towels must be brought by yourself. * Smoking indoors is not allowed. * There are a total of 6 sleeping places, but the house is furnished for 4 people (for example, a dining table for 4). * The double bed downstairs is 140x200. The double bed on the loft has a large double bed 160 x200. The bunk bed has 70x200 mattresses. There are single duvets everywhere. * The loft cannot be completely darkened and is not suitable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. * Free Wi-Fi available * The TV only provides access to streaming services. You will not have access to television channels. * Pets are not allowed * Additional amenities that are available: high chair, drying rack, barbecue, basic kitchen utensils such as pepper, salt and olive oil and cleaning supplies. * There is no room in the bedrooms for placing an extra crib/box, this can possibly be done in the living room, but it cannot be completely darkened. However, there is a bed rail to prevent rolling out of the bunk bed. * The recreation park's washing machine and dryer may be used and work on coins available at the reception. * Parking is available on the grounds of the park (max. 1 car per booking), as well as in the parking lot directly next to the park, where there are also some charging stations for electric vehicles.
