Beautiful chalet, located on the banks of the Péribonka River, ten minutes by boat from Lac Saint-Jean. Located on a beautiful estate surrounded by trees, you can enjoy the many activities offered on the site or nearby. Whether you are looking for warm moments with friends, precious moments with family or a peaceful retreat in nature, this chalet is the perfect place! The space The space: 1st floor (the main entrance is located on the 1st floor): Upon entering, you will be greeted by large windows with stunning views of the river and the surrounding forest. You will discover an open-air space with cathedral ceiling including living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. You can access the large terrace to prepare a meal on the BBQ or to relax outside. Bathroom with bath and walk-in closet are also located on the 1st floor. Main floor: The ground floor includes 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 9 guests, a bathroom with shower, a washer-dryer and a small living room with TV. A patio door will give you access to a covered terrace and outdoor courtyard. Outdoor: - Large outdoor courtyard, private dock, volleyball court, children's playground - Large gazebo with sofa and dining table - Outdoor fireplace (wood provided) - Spa (available from the last week of May 2025) Activities: Summer: Swimming (private dock), boat (not included, boat descent a few minutes by car), fishing, cycling (cycling route located a few meters away), volleyball court (on site), kayaking, paddle boarding, walking in the forest, children's playground (on site). Winter: Snowshoes (not included), snowmobile trails a few meters away Guest access The chalet is located on an estate comprising two almost identical chalets. Each of the cottages has its own private outdoor space and some spaces are common. Private space: spa (installation end of May 2025), gazebo, dock, terrace, outdoor fireplace, large plot Shared area: volleyball court, children's playground, belvedere Guests have access to the entire home, their section of the property, and common areas.
