Kind Regards Archie The space Piglet Lodge is within the grounds of my Country Cotswolds home and has parking for 3 cars and it’s own private entrance. Pebworth is an attractive rural village, situated on the edge of the North Cotswolds, on the borders of South Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Local amenities include a village pub, a church and pre-school. A Co-op can be found in Honeybourne along with a fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway.A mini-supermarket and further facilities will be found in the nearby village of Mickleton (approx 3 miles) as well as Bidford-upon-Avon (approx. 4 miles). The property is well-placed for access to a number of larger conurbations including Stratford-upon-Avon (approx. 9 miles), and a mainline railway station in nearby Honeybourne (3 miles) provides a regular service to London Paddington.6.5 miles to the North East is Stratford Upon Avon the birthplace of the one and only William Shakespeare is a wonderful town having everything you could wish for,The Royal Shakespeare Theatre,Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Shakespeares birthplace and of course an abundance of shops restaurants and cafes you will not know what to do with yourself and to the the south are numerous Cotswolds villages and Market Towns waiting to be encountered including Chipping Campden,Broadway,Moreton-in-Marsh,Stow -on -the Wold,Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford.A favourite restaurant of mine is “The Potting Shed”within Dormy House at Broadway which is a 10 minute Drive.You can normally book it online through Open Table.The Four All’s in Welford-on-Avon is fantastic and sits on the river,it’s a few minutes away by car.The Baraset in Stratford 5 minutes outside centre) does consistently great food with great surroundings and is another restaurant that I love. You also have The Bell Inn in Welford which which was voted best restaurant dining pub 2017.This is 5 minutes drive away in the next village. The Kings Arms in Mickleton does great food with a great ambience and not to forget The Pudding Club in Mickleton does the best puddings with lashings of custard. Set in the heart of the beautiful county of Warwickshire, Stratford upon Avon is a thriving market town steeped in History and renowned for being Shakespeare’s birthplace. It is also the home to the world famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre which ensures a vibrant arts and theatre scene all year round. As you amble around the streets or wonder along the river you will soon notice the friendly ambience and charm of Stratford and appreciate why it is such a desirable place to live. The town centre has a selection of independent retailers nestled between some of the most desirable high street brands. Visitors and residents will be spoilt for choice – within this cosmopolitan town. There is also the Maybird shopping centre close to town. As well as the 5 theatres Stratford upon Avon is also home to an excellent range of restaurants and bars. With a continental café culture, flavours spanning from around the globe, and a range of eateries to suit any budget there’s something for everyone’s taste.
