Villa Messapica is a vacation cottage located inside theCampo Verde residence, a complex of summer vacation residences on the beaches of Lecce, right in front of thesea in San Cataldo, where all the main services are located. The city ofLecce, the capital of Baroque and a lively tourist destination with many cultural attractions, is just 10 km away and can also be reached by bus. The nearest beach can be reached on foot via an internal path through the pine forest. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations. - First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Possible exchange on request at the price of euro 20 per person. - In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Villa Messapica is close to Villa Rudiae and to Villa Lupiae. - The structure is on two floors. - Parking in the nearby residence. - Mosquito nets in the rooms. - Please consider that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of 200 euros is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer.
