Rental unit in Grafengehaig

The 22 m² studio, in a freshly restored farmhouse from 1835, is located in a quiet village in the beautiful Franconian Forest. The nearest major city is Kulmbach. We live and work here and with us 2 medium-sized dogs. The place has a separate entrance and is completely independent of us. There is a wonderful terrace available. The space The 22 sqm studio in the architectural monument was lovingly, creatively and luxuriously designed by us. It is equipped with an open small kitchen, a dream bathroom, super comfortable double bed (180 x 200), flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner and much more. Due to the size of the studio, this place is only possible for 2 people without additional children. Unfortunately, dogs cannot live here because our dog is unfriendly to other dogs.
