Charming country house in a small Tonnerrois village. 6 km from the Chablis Vineyards, quiet and independent house. Restored in stone, exposed beams and period fireplace, can accommodate 4-7 people. The space This house has a living room area, living room with equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, TV. 1st bedroom on the ground floor: This bedroom has been converted from an old vaulted cellar with 1 double bed, private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. 2nd Bedroom on the 1st Floor: Spacious bedroom with 1 double bed and private bathroom, shower and toilet. 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor with 3 single beds, space with sink available (access to this room by the previous one). You can enjoy a wooded plot with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing... Access to the many marked trails in a hilly and wooded landscape, conducive to hiking and mountain biking. Bar Restaurant "L'Idée folle" on site open by reservation on Thursday evening, Friday noon and evening and Saturday evening all by reservation, shops 6 km away and train station 10 km away. Guest access You have access to the entire house except if the 2nd floor bedroom is not necessary. Other things to note All access to the rooms has stairs. Baby bed available.
