The space 2 twin bedrooms 1 x King bedroom 1 x ensuite shower room 1 x family bathroom Large open planned kitchen, dinning, living area Dishwasher, 2 small fridges with smaller freezer compartments. Double electric oven and hob. Wood burner (please bring your own logs and kindling) and fuse ball table present in property. 5 minute walk into the village and Loch Earn. Plenty space for 3 cars and free parking on site. Large garden, area with own standing stones, garden are isn't enclosed so please be mindful of this with your young children. Location is very safe and surrounding properties are also holiday homes or private homes owned by lovely families. The village has a small café and village shop, plus 2 hotels that do food, also the golf course is a 5 minute walk away and does wonderful home cooked food and baking. St Fillans is a 10 minute drive away from Ben Vorlich for the Munro baggers and the beautiful Loch Earn is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing or fishing. Permits available at the village shop. St Fillans has a play park perfect for the smaller children and access to a cycle path that can take you from St Fillans to Comrie or the other direction Killln or Callander. The nearest village is Comrie around 3 miles away which has an array of fabulous shops, beautiful walks and a great community. Guest access Guests can access all areas. Apart from the upper level as this is for the owners when they stay. Other things to note We accept up to two dogs max If you wish to use the wood burner, please provide your own logs and kindling We provide a coffee machine, should you wish to use it please bring your own pods. NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto We don’t have a DVD player but if you wish to bring your own then we have plenty Dvds. The TV is a Smart Tv where you can log into your own accounts for netflix, amazon prime etc…
