Mutati Cottage - Kembu Cottages

This cottage affords a perfect family getaway; a quaint comfortable hideaway that provides an affordable self-catering holiday home. A compact kitchen, a lounge with a cozy fireplace, and a veranda make for a homely setting with all its driftwood and plasterwork. Mutati has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom boasts an elevated 180° view across the Rift Valley from its own private patio. And if you don’t like cooking meals can be taken in our restaurant at Kembu. Guest access Guests are greeted and taken to check into their cottage from the Kembu Cottages Reception located at Pioneers Restaurant on the property. Other things to note We are the NICEST place to go out for a meal in the Nakuru area! Our proud tradition of most excellent country cooking is second to none in the area. The eclectic mix of vintage oak farmhouse furnishing, overlooked by generations of black and white photos from Kenya’s rich history make this a unique and cozy venue unlike any other. Lunch time visitors will enjoy lush gardens backed with spectacular views of distant mountain ranges from the Abredares, the Kinnangop, Laikipia, the Tugen Hills, Kiplombe and Mt Koibatek. Truly as much space for the soul to feast upon as well as our fresh home-grown culinary delights.
