Other things to note Additional Rules: 1. Parking: You can park up to 1 car in the driveway and 1 cars in the garage. Guest Parking spots are also available. Please be respectful of the neighbor’s property. You are not allowed to park on the lawn or on the sidewalks. 2. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. There will be a $200 fine if ANY type of smoke is detected during your stay. 3. This is a quiet neighborhood street. Please do not disturb the neighbors with a lot of noise, especially after dark. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet time 10 pm – 7 am 4. Any illegal activities or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will be reported to the authorities. 5. Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property. 6. Very important! Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets as it could cause a cloggage leading to toilets and showers to flood. Please throw anything else than toilet paper in trash can. 7. Please do not set temperature under 72 degrees. 8. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. 9. Please dispose of the garbage in plastic bags and place in the trash bin outside. 10. Keep food containers covered or sealed when not in use. 11. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 12. No pets allowed without prior approval & pet fee. 13. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 14. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. 15. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout. 16. Please let us know when you leave so we can prepare for our next guests.
