Lake plot with sauna and hot tub

We rent out our holiday paradise located on Boön in Lake Öjaren near Högbo Bruk outside Sandviken. The house is located a few meters from its own jetty with sauna and heated hot tub in a western location with wonderful sunsets. You can get to the house in 3-4 minutes by boat with the electric boat (easy to drive). Check-in and check-out only on Saturday/Sunday. The space - Main house with two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two bunk beds), living room, kitchen, dining area (and bathroom (combustion toilet) - A guest house with two additional bedrooms (double bed in one and two bunk beds in the other). - A total of 12 beds. - Heated spa pool overlooking the water. - Sauna right by the water (there is plenty of wood included) - Own boat with good fishing (also from the jetty) - the boat is also needed to get to the cabin (electric motor, so easy to handle). - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-size fridge, freezer and microwave. - Large garden plot with swing set, sandbox and trampoline. - SUPs - perfect for taking a tour around the island. - Fireplace - Gas burner barbecue (gas included) - Internet - Two TVs with Chromecasts, one in the living room and one in one bedroom. - Baby cot and high chair available. - Washing machine (Note: sea water). - Free parking spaces on the mainland Other things to note - Since it is a short boat trip (3-4 min), you need to be able to get in and out of a boat and at least one in the group needs to be able to drive a boat with an electric motor. We show, upon arrival and life jackets are available for children and adults. - Properly cleaned upon departure.
