A charming and cozy wooden house to stay in Trindade! Located on a quiet street, about 5 minutes (walking) from the beaches and access to the trail to the waterfalls, close to the main street, where the shops are located. NOTE: Our hedge was recently made, so the planted seedlings are still making the visual barrier that guarantees total privacy of the house. However, it is completely fenced (low wall and screen), making it private and safe. ATTENTION TO THE HOUSE RULES! The space A wooden chalet with a balcony. It has a pleasant grassy outdoor area with a barbecue and shower, ideal for after the beach! Completely enclosed space, with part wall and part hedge. Guest access Access to all areas, it is a private house, so during the stay you will have access to the land and all parts of the house safely and with plenty of privacy. Other things to note ATTENTION: DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE IS ALL WOODEN AND WE DON'T HAVE A SMOKE DETECTOR! * We are not currently offering towels, but there are bed linens, pillows, and clean dishcloths available. * Please book at least 2 days in advance, do not insist on booking at the last minute. *Let us know if you have visitors in the house. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. * We don't have air conditioning! We have 4 fans available in the house, and there is no possibility of arranging extra fans. * Please, if you are going to leave your pet locked inside the house all day while you are out, do not bring it. We ask that it stay outside the house. * Be aware of the rules and ask any questions. * Trindade is a small fishing village and the entire region suffers from CONSTANT power outages, in addition to problems due to the poor infrastructure of the region's electricity network, which can consequently affect the house, which does not have a generator. In times of strong winds or rains, a season with an increased flow of people and greater local energy consumption, there is a greater likelihood of this occurring more often, which does not exclude the possibility of it occurring at other times. We leave candles and emergency lights in the house in case a power outage happens.
