The space 🏡 The accommodation has: ✔️ 4 large, comfortable bedrooms, including a double bedroom perfect for families or groups. ✔️ 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub for a relaxing moment. ✔️ 2 toilets, one of which is separate for added convenience. ✔️ A large 4,500 m² plot, perfect for children and outdoor activities. ✔️ A shallow (105 cm) above-ground tubular pool measuring 6 x 3 meters, ideal for young children. ✔️ A pétanque court located next to an outdoor bar, perfect for convivial moments with friends and family. Extra services: ✔️ Netflix and DisneyPlus access on the Smart TV. ✔️ Cleaning carried out by us Air conditioning in the large bedroom upstairs only, the rest of the house generally being cool thanks to the thickness of the walls. Other things to note To encourage reasonable consumption, electricity is included within the limit of 35 kWh per day (for the entire accommodation). This limit covers normal use (kitchen, lighting, hot water, moderate heating). Beyond that, additional consumption may be charged at €0.30/kWh. A meter reading is taken upon check-in and check-out for transparency.
