The space This is a fully renovated apartment of 28 sq.m. on the 1st floor of a building, in the center of Kozani. It consists of a kitchen, hallway, bathroom and a comfortable room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and 43" Smart TV. It has air conditioning for heating/cooling, depending on the season. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils. Upon arrival, welcome treats (breadsticks, candies and coffee capsules) will be waiting for you, while in the fridge you will find water and soft drinks. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels, bed linen, as well as hospitality amenities (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush/toothpaste kit and disposable slippers, etc.). There's a balcony overlooking the open space. All prescribed safety specifications (fire extinguisher, smoke detector, etc.) are complied with. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to entire flat Before arrival, there is communication via messages or phone to arrange the check-in. Check-in is by appointment outside the accommodation, at a time that suits you after 2:00 p.m. In case the meeting is not possible, there is a possibility of self check-in via a key locker at a distance of about 50 m from the accommodation. Other things to note We are available for any help you may need before and during your stay, so that your experience is as comfortable as possible. The accommodation does not have a washing machine, however there is a vending machine/point for washing & drying clothes at a distance of about 150 m. Check-in is after 2:00 pm (by appointment or alternatively self check-in via key locker). In addition, free parking is included in a closed, modern 24/7 parking lot about 200 meters from the accommodation. The entrance to the parking lot is by card, which we give to the guest along with the keys upon arrival. For convenience and cleanliness, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed. Please also respect the common quiet hours, as this is an apartment building.
