This spacious 4 bedroom unit is fun for the whole family. Come and enjoy our salt water pool and other outdoor amenities before winding down for the evening in the arcade. This location includes 4 bedrooms, full functioning kitchen, indoor fireplace, 5 televisions, so there is room and activities for the whole family. This location is a 7-10 minute car ride from downtown and located a short distance from all of your shopping needs. No receiving of mail or packages. There are also 2 air sharks. The space The space is furnished with modern decor,3 of the bedrooms sleep queen size Nectar mattresses and the 4th bedroom sleeps a very comfortable King sized bed. There are 5 smart TVs throughout the space to cater to all of your streaming desire’s. After a long day you can always relax with the whole family in front of the fireplace and be lulled by the sounds of the indoor fountains. The amenities shown in the photos will be up and running after the 1st week of June. Our quiet hours are in between 10 pm to 9 am and only guests included in the reservation may be on the property during these hours. No exceptions. DUE TO MICHIGAN WEATHER THE POOL AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES WILL CLOSE SEPTEMBER 1st after Labor Day And not reopen until the end of May. . Also please make sure that parking is limited to the driveway only . There is absolutely NO parking in the grass allowed. There are also 2 air purifiers that are in the property , they service 1000 ft a piece and one is located on the main level and the second is upstairs. We have 2 out door cameras. A ring camera at the front door and another one on the side of the home. There are absolutely no indoor cameras Guest access Guest has access to everything except the garage and the secondary unit above the garage Other things to note Our check in window is 5:30-8:30 pm.Quiet hours are in between 10pm and 9am all additional guests not included on the reservation must leave at this time. Any violation of our house rules will result in an immediate Non Refundable termination of the stay. DUE TO MICHIGAN WEATHER THE POOL AND OTHER OUTDOOR AMENITIES WILL BE CLOSED SEPTEMBER 1st after Labor Day and not reopen until the end of May. Also we do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, however if the basic tidying up of trash and dishes are left behind we will request the cleaning fee of 100$ will be requested through. Also please make sure that parking is limited to the driveway only . There is absolutely NO parking in the grass allowed. We have 2 exterior cameras, 1 is a ring doorbell at the front door and a floodlight on the side of the home.
