A newly built, tranquil 1 bedroom maisonette to kick back and relax after exploring the beautiful countryside of Warwickshire and Shakespeare's hometown of Stratford upon Avon. Annexed from the main family house, this apartment has its own entrance and space for parking as well as microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. Located in Temple Grafton, the village where William Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway, with the historic market town of Alcester close by. The space Upstairs= 1 double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs= 1 double sofa bed that can sleep two people. A mini fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster, kettle and microwave. Please note this property does not have a kitchen/kitchenette. We have just provided some basic kitchen utilities for snacks and breakfast. There is no space to prepare or cook proper meals. There is a TV upstairs as well as downstairs. Bed linen is provided for both beds, as well as a selection of towels. This is a separate apartment, however it is an annexe to our family home. Please take into consideration there will be accompanying noises such as children playing in the garden at times. Other things to note There is a 7.4kw electric charging point (Zappi/Type2) available.
