For hygiene reasons, the hot tub water is changed between each guest’s stay. Please be aware that the water may take until the first morning of your visit to reach its optimal temperature. Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process. We understand that things don’t always go as planned — and we want to make sure you're covered just in case. To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options: ● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. ● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card provider. We hope this gives you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your time! This property can accept a maximum of 3 dogs. The charge is £35 per dog, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your dog(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your dog(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a dog(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately. There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. Important Information: The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday and Saturday 10-4. We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details. No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
