Other things to note • This is a private farm stay reserved strictly for registered guests only. The number of guests must match the confirmed booking at all times. • Small gatherings are permitted within the approved guest count. If you are planning a celebration or special setup, please inform us in advance. • Valid government-issued ID is required for all adult guests at check-in. • A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is collected at check-in and returned within 6 hours after checkout, subject to inspection and no damages. • Optional add-ons such as bonfire setup, bartender service and projector access are available on prior request and subject to availability. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the villa is strictly not allowed. • The swimming pool, sports turf and outdoor amenities are for guest use at their own discretion. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • Guests are requested to treat the property, including indoor and outdoor areas, with care and respect. • The storeroom and staff room remain locked and are not accessible to guests. • Illegal activities, property misuse or behaviour that disturbs neighbours may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with Airbnb policies.
