All guests must be on the reservation. No Parties or Events The space This is a stand alone home that feels like you are away in the country but you are really very close to everything. It is truly a gem that sits back off the road by itself and there is plenty of yard space and hassle free front door parking for up to 4 cars. The home features 6 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath. Exterior features a covered front porch perfect for relaxing, backyard outdoor space includes picnic tables, and wood burning fire pit, games, playground set, and patio. The main floor has two bedrooms and 1 full and 1 half bathroom. (ceilings are 8 feet) The upper level has two bedrooms and 1 full bath. (ceilings are sloped and full height is 6.5 feet) The lower level has two bedrooms and 1 full bath. (some areas have a lower ceiling to accommodate ductwork) Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property with the exclusion of the owners locked storage closets and utility spaces. Other things to note Home is a cape cod style home built in 1955 and newly remodeled in 2025. Some areas of the upper and lower level of the home have a sloped or lower ceiling height. The main level has the traditional 8 foot ceilings. No pets or service animals due to the owners extreme allergies and need to access the property.
