Come for a Beautiful Winter Getaway! This peaceful, cozy, 3-level log cabin is located only 2 miles from Lake Bemidji State Park. The Blue Ox Trail and the Paul Bunyan Trail meet just down the road from the property. The cabin is on a small, private lake. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. Located 8 miles from the iconic Paul and Babe statues and Bemidji's historic downtown. The Sanford Event Center is 7 miles away. Come enjoy this wonderful cabin and property! The space Bedrooms: - Main level bedroom - Full size adjustable bed with massager, closet, and workspace - Upper level Master - Queen bed, ensuite with a toilet room, walk-in shower, and sink, huge walk-in closet, large workspace - Lower level bedroom - 1 full bed, 1 twin loft bed, area under loft bed for hanging clothes. Great for kids! - Lower level living room - futon Common Spaces: Main Level: - Kitchen with many appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, 5-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, mini crock pot, etc), peninsula with seating - Dining table seating for 4, plus bar height table seating for 2, and 3 stools at peninsula - Living area with couch, chairs, TV, games, etc. - Walkout deck area Upper Level - small balcony with an amazing view! Lower Level: - Living area with futon couch, chair, TV, DVD player, DVDS, and electric fireplace - Walkout patio area Outdoor Amenities: - Year round we have a grill that you can use - In the warm months, there are two kayaks, a paddle boat, a rowboat, and yard games (yard dice, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, frisbee, etc) included - During the snowy months, bring or rent snowmobiles, cross country skis, snowshoes, etc, to use on the groomed trails nearby! *The cabin is on a beautiful lake, but does not have a sandy beach. The lake is great for using the kayaks, paddle boat, or rowboat that are included with your stay, and also for fishing (catch and release only), but is not ideal for swimming. There is a State Park just 2 miles away that has a very nice, groomed swimming beach that I would highly recommend if you are hoping to swim during your stay! Guest access You will have full access to the house and the amazing, large yard! There is a two-stall garage that is available to rent for an additional cost of $30/night.
