Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Please note that access to the garage, one interior storage closet, cabinets in laundry room, and utility areas (such as the water heater, and HVAC) is restricted and will remain locked for owner use only. These areas are not essential for your stay and will not impact your enjoyment of the property. Access to the home is easy and secure via a digital keypad. You’ll receive a unique code before check-in, allowing for flexible, contactless entry at your convenience. Other things to note - No smoking inside. - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 25 years old to book. - Additional fee of $400 will be added if the hot tub has to be drained and refilled after your visit.
