The condo has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun in one of the area's most exclusive areas. We have everything close by for your best convenience, restaurants, banks, supermarkets... The space The room is on the ground floor and has a very comfortable king size bed, closet, private bathroom with hot water, executive refrigerator, cooler, disposable plates and cutlery, microwave oven, coffee maker, water dispenser, Wifi, 40-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime. The room has independent access, direct exit to the garden and a few meters away you will see the pool and the social area with barbecue. Guest access You can use the two social areas with swimming pools in the residential complex, as well as the gym, coworking room with internet and billiards. Tennis and volleyball courts. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Other things to note Please note that the complex does not allow yellow taxis to enter. You must get off at the project's gate. Don't worry, if I'm available I can pick you up from the gate, or you can walk to the room, it won't take more than 3 minutes. In the event of a voltage drop, some services may not work, such as the pumping of drinking water, the internet and some electrical elements, but we file a complaint with NATURGY and in a few hours they restore it.
