Room in a beachfront detached house

A detached house by the sea. There is a private bathroom and toilet in the room and an extra bathroom and toilet in the common area. The kitchen utensils are quite sufficient, I live here in summer and winter. When you arrive, I will most likely be working at home. 3+1, I stay in 1 room, I rent the other 2 rooms.
