“Waldhaus an der Wiese” with sauna + outdoor shower

Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment. The space In the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" the following rooms are available on 78 sqm for up to four people: a cozy living/dining room furnished with modern lights and furniture classics with sofa corner and a Danish wood-burning stove from Morsø; a dining table for up to six people with a beautiful view of the forest and meadows; a fully equipped new kitchen with induction stove, oven and dishwasher; a cozy bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200) with access to the conservatory; another small living/reading room with a very comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 from Brunobett); a bathroom with a floor-level shower; a large conservatory with another dining table for six people, bench and relaxing armchair with access to the garden and terrace (unfortunately only usable to a limited extent in cold temperatures or in winter). There is your own sauna with organic oven at your disposal! Bathrobes, large sauna towels and infusion scents are present. The use of the sauna is included. In a protected area of the garden you will find a cozy shower corner with rain shower (cold and warm water). Two stylish Dutch bicycles are available free of charge in the lockable equipment room with power connection – ideal for cycling tours. DSL via WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house. There are two parking spaces in front of the house and an 11 KW wallbox (see house rules). We also provide these items for you on site free of charge: 1 children's travel cot, 1 “Tripp Trapp” (high chair from Stokke), a sufficient number of towels, bed linens, wool and fleece blankets, a bag full of hand-knitted wool socks, dish towels, and a basket of firewood are included in the price. A charcoal grill from Weber is also available. Other things to note Please limit the use of the wood-fired stove during the period from May to September due to smoke pollution.
