Guest access Access to the flat is simple and convenient: you only have to climb four steps in the entrance hall, after which you will find two lifts that will take you directly to the third floor, where the accommodation is located. This makes the flat easily accessible, even with luggage or pushchairs. Other things to note Before booking, we would like to share some important details. We live in the same building, so we are always available and ready to help you. The flat is located in a quiet area, a short walk from a dog-friendly beach, ideal for those travelling with pets. Bicycles are available for hire, and the beach offers both free and paid areas with parasols. In addition, there is a bus that takes you to the city centre every 30 minutes. Please note that during the summer season, parking in front of the building is subject to a fee, but we provide private parking, subject to availability. Starting this year, a tourist tax has been introduced, which will be paid at the property: £2 per person per day for adults for the first 5 days and 50 pence for the rest of the winter season.
