The layout includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a single bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a balcony. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, and smaller groups looking for practical and pleasant accommodation in a well-connected location. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be unfolded to accommodate up to 5 guests. Your stay also includes Wi-Fi and everything needed for a comfortable short or longer stay. Reservation must be confirmed in advance, subject to availability. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively for our guests and ensures complete privacy. You can fully enjoy and use all rooms during your stay. Other things to note All guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form and pay the city tax in accordance with Czech legislation before arrival. A link to the registration will be sent to you online. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and in all common areas of the building. Any evidence of smoking will result in a €150 penalty fee. Our standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, a €100 fee applies only in case of lost keys. After 5:00 PM, our regular working hours end. Any assistance related to keys after this time — such as lost keys, lockouts, or other access issues — will be charged €100. In exceptional cases, we may not be able to provide immediate assistance. If a locksmith or service technician is required due to an issue caused by the guest, all related costs must be covered by the guest and are non-refundable. 📞We are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, we may not be available. We strongly recommend always ensuring you have access to the apartment when leaving and carefully reviewing the check-in instructions before arrival. This accommodation is equipped with a “Minut Home Sensor,” which detects noise levels to help guests keep noise under control during their stay. For this purpose, we share limited information (name, phone number, and reservation details) with Minut. The Minut Sensor respects your privacy — it does not include cameras, does not record audio, and does not listen to conversations or activities.
