The space This townhouse is located on Fanning Island, one of the barrier islands along the St. Johns River. Guests can dolphin watch as they relax in one of the most beautiful places in Jacksonville. This the perfect place to enjoy privacy yet remain to close to everything Jacksonville has to offer. For offshore fisherman, we are 1/2 mile from Jim King Park and boat ramp, home of the Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament. Additionally, we are 15 minutes from JaxPort Cruise Terminal. For those interested in fishing off the dock feel free to bring your fishing gear. There a bait store close to the property. Guest access You will access to kitchen, laundry room, wifi, and cable tv included. We will provide coffee and tea. We can stock groceries for guests upon request. Guests can place and pay for their grocery orders online from Walmart at Hutchinson Park location, set a time for pick up and we will handle the rest. Let us know what you need. Guests will have full and private access to the pool during their stay. Other things to note ** PLEASE READ** We have artisan well water which has many health benefits but is not chlorinated and has a different taste and smell. Some guests are not familiar with sulfur water and might find it to be very strong in odor. We provide bottled water for you to drink and to cook with so you will only use the water for showering.
