Recently completed by the owners and lovingly refurbished to provide a high quality, spacious property in a lovely East Devon setting. The whole of the Jurassic Coast (including Seaton, Beer and Sidmouth), now a World Heritage site, is within easy reach and the lovely West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis is only about 15 minutes away by car. Generous sized living room with 3 seater Leather sofas, wooden armchair and additional sofa. Wall mounted 50inch Smart TV and Woodburner (first basket of logs are free). French doors with direct access to patio and outdoor seating area. Large Open plan Kitchen and Dining area with handmade units equipped with built in oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests if required. Ground floor utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs to Bedroom 1 with twin 3ft beds. Bedroom 2 with Kingsize bed and flatscreen TV. Master Bedroom 3 with Kingsize bed, flatscreen TV, Juliette Balcony with countryside views and Ensuite shower room with W.C. and washbasin.
