Each room has been carefully decorated. With a total area of 584 m², the estate surprises with its generous spaces, high ceilings, abundant natural light and sophisticated decor, complemented by a fireplace that provides warmth on cold days. The property has two kitchens: the main one, equipped with high-quality furniture, and a regional-style kitchen, located outside, perfect for authentic culinary experiences. It also has an elegant game room with a spacious porch. Outside, an extensive green garden houses a large swimming pool, sun loungers, a terrace with outdoor sofas and a complete kit with barbecue for outdoor dining. There is also a tennis court and a gym for moments of physical activity. Quinta Refúgio Abreu, located in Delães, Vila Nova de Famalicão, is a remarkable example of modern Portuguese architecture, designed by architect Mário Abreu in 1958. Recently renovated, the property has retained its original features and harmony with its surroundings. This project received the Januário Godinho Award, awarded by the Municipality of Famalicão, in recognition of the preservation of architectural heritage. In addition to being a charming retreat, the estate is fully structured for events, offering versatile and well-equipped spaces for special occasions. During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to ensure an impeccable experience for guests. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.
