Kafal ( State fruit of Uttarakhand) is a simple and beautiful independent heritage bunglow of 1950 vintage located amidst pine and oak forests. It's for those looking for serene and tranquility. The house opens to quaint garden, that further opens to clearing that faces a valley of the Garhwal. It's 450 meter of walking distance along a foot trek. One has to bring his own bags to property. One has to reach before 6 PM being in mountains and hills. Do treks to view himalayan ranges. The space It has two bedrooms,two bathrooms with geyser. a drawing room, a simple kitchen with all amenities. A beautiful lawn and quiet surroundings. Additionally it can cater for two more children or adults. A caretaker can make simple veg and non veg meal on demand. Pet are allowed but definitely not in the beds. Guest access Entire bunglow Other things to note Please ensure the sanctity of this house. No drugs and any unethical activities. Kitchen available for self - cooking (need to clear and wash used utensils ) at nominal charge. Morning n evening tea is complementary. Caretaker can cook for you for Rs 500/ per day : a simple breakfast egg n toast, lunch rice , daal n sabzi n chappati added for dinner. Any specific items to be cooked by him has to be paid as per availability and menu. Please discuss with the Caretaker. No loud music after 8PM. Do not venture outside in dark. Wildlife is active.
