It is located in the newly built Phase 2 of Innerarity Townhomes, a community that sits on a shallow, calm, and private cove along the bay's edge - making this a perfect spot for relaxing and recouping. With exceptional views and proximity, this unit and community is something you have to experience for yourself! The lower level of the unit is the carport; includes an area for parking and a charcoal grill. As you enter the front door, you'll find the first flight stairs that will take you to Level 2. Here you'll find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, first guest bedroom/bathroom - the first guest bedroom has a queen size bed. With a fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous bay views from the balcony, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home. The second flight of stairs will take you to Level 3, where the master bedroom/bathroom, second guest bedroom/bathroom and laundry room are located. The master suite offers a king size bed while the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing Phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the heated pool, clubhouse, and community beach areas. Guest access Within the Unit: Charcoal Grill, Private highspeed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and both Bedrooms; each able to connect to your preferred streaming services. Within the Community: Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the Heated Pool, Clubhouse/Gym, and community beach areas, all by utilizing the connecting boardwalk! Other things to note 1) Occupancy Restrictions 2) No Pets 3) Age Restrictions 4) Similar Properties 1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 8 guests. No more than 8 people will be approved. To sleep 8 guests, you would utilize the queen bed in the guest room for (2) people, the king bed in the master bedroom for (2) people, the queen bed in the second guest bedroom for (2) people and the queen-sized air mattress. 2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets. 3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21.
