Pirates Den is a stylish apartment at Helford Passage just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and beach. It's been tastefully decorated throughout in neutral colours and natural fabrics which appeal to everyone's taste. The first floor living room has lovely views of the beach and river and is furnished with comfy sofas, has a separate dining area and contemporary kitchen. The space Entrance to apartment. Bedroom 2 with 3ft single bed and 3ft bunk beds. Fully refurnished family bathroom - with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. First floor: Living room with views of the river, L shaped sofas, armchair, Smart TV and DVD. Electric feature fire. Dining table with seating for 5. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, integrated oven and grill, fridge and freezer, and microwave. Bedroom 1 with 6ft double bed and vanity unit. Hallway cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a flight of external steps from the car park to the apartment, or alternately, a longer slope. You can pull up outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping. Outside No private space, but waterfront and beach 50 yards. Parking Designated parking space 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day. Other things to note Included: Bed linen, towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), electric heating, electricity and Wi-Fi. Regret no pets, and No Smoking. No telephone.
