Whether you're sipping coffee, soaking in the tub, or showing off your paddleboard skills, it’s your all-in-one spot for thrill and chill! The space Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Located on the main level, this room features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, twin rollaway bed, a dedicated workspace, and a closet for storage. Bedroom 2 (Second Level): Features two queen beds, an armoir for clothing storage, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy a stunning lake view right from the window. Full Bathroom (Main Level): Features a stand-up shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Makeup towelettes and a hair dryer are also provided. White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. Beach towels provided during stay. Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, and dishes. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap is provided. The coffee & tea bar features a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We also supply a starter set of ground coffee, filters, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia to get your mornings started right. The paddle boards, kayaks, and life vests are located in the garage. Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent and wool dryer balls. Iron and ironing board are also provided. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces. Other things to note The grill is located next to the garage and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
