Centrally located in North Park, quaint 2 bedroom Spanish Revival house, newly remodeled, with a kitchen that opens to the dining room, central heating and air conditioning, a large backyard with patio dining and a barbecue. Located on a quiet residential street, but still a 2 minute, half a block walk, to the well-sized Parkside Food supermarket, the Thorn Street Brewery, nightly gourmet Food Trucks, Santos Coffee House and a hairdresser. Japanese family member available for help. The space Parking is easy at the house with “off street” parking in the front driveway for two vehicles. Guest access Single family residence on it's own lot so you'll have the whole house to yourself. No shared driveways or common areas. All yours. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out. We want to facilitate your stay as much as possible. We will try to accommodate early arrival and late departure times but sometimes we have same-day turnarounds. Which means a short time for us to clean the house and yard and we 1 those cases, we'll text you when the house is ready, but please plan on a 4 pm check-in and an 11 am check-out.
