Rural 1-room apartment near Rostock

This small apartment with a bedroom, hallway and bathroom is located in the house where we live and work. About 16 km from Rostock, it is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach 26 km away or simply to relax in the tranquility of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by arrangement. The space We appreciate the tranquility, seclusion and nature around us, the proximity to the Baltic Sea, to places such as Rostock, Warnemünde, Greifswald or Stralsund, to the island of Rügen or to the Darss. We like to take care of ourselves, but if necessary there are cafes and restaurants in the neighboring towns. Other facilities, such as swimming lakes, pharmacies, medical practices (hopefully only in an emergency) and the like are also easily accessible. Guest access The small studio apartment with a mini-kitchen is completely at your disposal. The apartment is accessed via the central building entrance and a staircase. Furthermore, the washing machine and dryer can be used in the utility area on the first floor (for a small fee). Parking is easy in front of the property/house. There is enough space. Smoking, just sitting outdoors, reading or grilling is possible thanks to a small sitting area in the garden. Other things to note Access to the in-house Wi-Fi is possible by arrangement.
