We will be happy to welcome you into our home. We are walking distance to all the fun Lake Placid has to offer. You’ll love the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the beauty that surrounds you here in the Adirondacks . Perfect spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even groups (as we have several rooms each for a MAX of 2 Guests). THIS ROOM IS A MAX OF 2 GUESTS - NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14. The space NOTE: This space has ONE QUEEN bed and then a set of Broyhill YOUTH Bunks - Comfortable for children or a small teen - 2 Guest Max in this room. IF you have additional guests coming with you - Check out our NEW ENGLAND ROOM which is right on the same floor and shares the sitting room and bathroom! During your stay We may pass in the hallway or see each other on the porch ...otherwise I give my guests lots of space so they feel comfortable! PLUS I am just a text away in you need anything! Other things to note This guest room SHARES A BATHROOM and sitting room with one other guest room. The additional sitting room space just outside this guest room makes it feel very spacious. There is a K-Cup coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the sitting room.
