Bedroom with double bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. Sofa bed with comfortable bedding in the living room. Kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine, stove, oven and microwave. The residents of the house live upstairs. The property has a separate entrance. The space The accommodation is located in the countryside in a green setting. The setting is quiet and peaceful. There are animals near the accommodation: mainly chickens, cats, and horses. The town of Cognac is 10 km from the property, and the nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away. Many hiking trails are accessible from the accommodation. Guest access Unfortunately, access to the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note The size of the accommodation is ideal for 2 people. But can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Several hikes, visits to Maison de Cognac and pretty little villages are close to the accommodation. We provide coffee, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳.
