Podere Radici is our home, once the home of our grandparents, today it is reborn after a careful renovation, keeping its welcoming and rural spirit intact. We decided to share it with those who love the countryside and tranquility, with those who seek a simple and familiar atmosphere. At the farm, there are two large, tastefully furnished rooms, equipped with a private bathroom, and a comfortable shared living area. The bedroom window overlooks the garden, giving a pleasant spectacle every morning at dawn. Breakfast is served in the large garden or in the small "workshop", and chairs and sun loungers are available for guests who want to relax, sunbathe, or read a book. We will be happy to recommend the most interesting itineraries and villages. The gentle hills of the Valconca and the surrounding countryside invite you to take walks and bike rides for all levels, while the festivals liven up the evenings and weekends. For those who can't resist the call of the sea, the beaches of Misano Adriatico and Riccione can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We believe in the principles of green and sustainable tourism. At the Podere we are committed to using energy from renewable sources, reducing the use of plastic and water consumption, and offering our guests eco-friendly and zero-km products. The Podere is not suitable for those who intend to go clubbing, those who prefer nightlife or other forms of tourism that are not compatible with the place and with our tourist proposal.
