Welcome home! Our cozy 3.5 acre countryhouse just 20 minutes from downtown offers a great place to rest sorrounded by nature. You may go to the beach, make your own tasty country barbecue, play some soccer, volley or just have a nap under the trees. The space Beautiful house and great landscape including a charming vinyard. Feel yourself with all the amenities of the city and at the same time enjoying nature and peace. Ride a bike along the countryside paths, go to the beach nearby, enjoy Punta Espinillo's Park or help our neighbours to pick up peaches, lemons or grapes from their plantations! Guest access All spaces* are for you to enjoy the countryhouse experience! (Except for the part of the house where the family lives) Other things to note The 170m2 house consists of two wings, the south wing and the north wing. The north wing (76m2 covered + 65m2 outdoor barbecue with reed roof, all new!) is the one that is available for exclusive use by guests, and includes: a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a barbecue. The kitchen is shared without problems!
