You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A few meters from the nearest bar / restaurant, less than a 5 min walk into the town with all amenities. 2 supermarkets, butchers, bakeries bars / restaurants. Sports field, stadium & running track very close by, skate park & picnic area. Market every Tuesday also a cattle market. Easy access to all ferry ports. Caen 1hr 40mins away. Close to Mont St Michel & D Day landing beaches & many other tourist attractions. The space The house is well located with bright spacious rooms. Lounge with open access to hallway & lounge. Dining kitchen & seperate dining room. Downstairs wc. Upstairs consists of a very large double room, twin room, shower room & seperate wc. There is a basement for storing garden furniture & if you bring bikes etc. there is a TV in the lounge with English sky box but no internet. The house is fully central heated & shutters on all doors & windows. A lovely house for a short stay or up to 90 days giving plenty of time to explore the area Guest access The whole house & garden is available for you to use & is a private residence with its own entrance.
